Who we are
60 Second Call is operated by Union Boomer LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We operate commercial property emergency response lines and route calls to one independent restoration contractor per market. We are not a restoration contractor, do not employ crews, and do not perform restoration work.

Call recording
All calls to our response lines are recorded, and callers are notified. Recordings are used for dispatch accuracy, quality assurance, and billing verification, and are shared with the responding contractor. Recordings are never sold or published. Contractors receive recordings for every call they are billed for.
Privacy
Callers: we collect the phone number, recording, and the property and damage details given during triage — used to dispatch a crew, verify our response times, and bill the contractor. Aggregate statistics such as median answer time may be published; individual calls and personal details never are. We do not sell personal information and we do not share caller details with multiple contractors or lead marketplaces.
Contractors and site visitors: we collect the contact details you provide and standard web analytics. We do not sell your information. Email eddie@60secondcall.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion; we respond within 30 days.
Terms for contractors
What a billable call is. A commercial property on the line for 60 seconds or longer, routed to you. Residential callers, misdials, solicitors, duplicates, and calls under 60 seconds are never billed.
Price and terms. The per-call price agreed at signup. Invoiced weekly, net 7. No contract, no retainer, no monthly minimum, no termination fee. Either party may end the arrangement by email at any time; the market then returns to the public board.
Exclusivity. While your arrangement is active, calls generated in your market are routed to you alone. We do not sell the same call twice.
Disputes. Every call is recorded and timestamped. Dispute any line on an invoice and it is removed without argument.
What we do not guarantee. Call volume. We publish our response times and measure them, but we make no promise as to how many calls a market will produce in a given period — which is why pricing is per call rather than a retainer.
Your obligations. Maintain the licensing and insurance required in your state, respond to dispatched calls promptly, and hold the response standards published on this site. Failure to respond to dispatched emergencies is grounds for us to end the arrangement and reopen the market.
General
Our response-time targets are standards we hold ourselves to and measure publicly, not guarantees, and can be affected by severe weather events and site access conditions. Content on our market sites regarding damage, insurance, and regulation is general and educational, not legal or insurance advice. These terms may be updated; the current version always appears here.
