60SecondCall

One word starts it.

Reply IN to the email that brought you here, or write to eddie@60secondcall.com. Same week, we do one 15-minute Zoom: the mechanics, the numbers, your market. That's the entire sales process — the whole deal fits in one conversation.

Email: claim my market

Questions contractors ask

Am I locked into anything?

No. No contract, no term, no monthly fee. Pay per qualified call, stop any time. Exclusivity survives only as long as you want the calls.

Who else gets the call?

Nobody. One contractor per market is the structure of the business, not a tier of it. When your market is claimed, it comes off the board.

What counts as a billable call?

A commercial property on the line for 60 seconds or more. Residential, misdials, and solicitors are free. Every call is recorded; recordings settle disputes.

What if a call turns out to be residential?

You don't pay. Our ad filters and live triage exist to shed residential before it reaches you, and the ones that slip through cost nothing.

What does a call cost me versus what it's worth?

$200 per call. One converted commercial water loss typically runs five figures in mitigation alone — you are underwriting a phone ring against a claim-funded project.

Why should I believe any of this?

You shouldn't, yet. That's what the timestamps, recordings, and the proof page are for. The promises are built to be audited.
