60SecondCall

Radical transparency, by design.

Contractors have been burned by lead vendors for twenty years — shared leads, fake urgency, invented "prospects." So every mechanism here is built to be checked.

The mechanics

Step 1

The line rings

Our commercial-only response sites and ads put a dedicated tracking number in front of property managers in your metro. That number is yours alone.

Step 2

Live answer, 60 seconds

A person answers — no phone tree, no callback queue. Property type, damage type, and access details are triaged in the first minute.

Step 3

Routed to you

The call and its details reach you immediately. Your crew is confirmed inside 15 minutes and on-site inside 90.

Step 4

You pay for what rang

A qualified call is a commercial property, on the line, 60 seconds or longer. $200. Shorter calls, wrong numbers, and residential are free. Every call is recorded and timestamped — audit any invoice line.

What qualifies as billable

A billable call is: a commercial property (office, warehouse, retail, multifamily, industrial), connected to you or triaged for you, lasting 60 seconds or more. Everything else — residential callers our ad filters didn't catch, solicitors, misdials — costs you nothing. The recording decides disputes, and you have access to every recording.

What we never do

We never sell one call to two contractors. We never lock you into a contract or a monthly fee. We never mark up your market and quietly shop it to your competitor — one contractor per market is structural, not a promise. And we never make a claim you can't check against a timestamp.
